MY ACCOUNT

Is it necessary to create an account?

No, creating an account to shop with us is not necessary. However, an account must be created if you would like to participate in our rewards program, have access to quicker checkouts, past order information, order printing and tracking updates. You will be given the option to create your account at checkout.

I lost my password.

No worries,  in the Help Desk, click “My Account-Log In” and then click “Lost Your Password” link. We will send you an email to reset your password.

SHIPPING

How is shipping calculated?

All orders, under $74.99, (regardless of size) that ship within the continental United States, qualify for $10.00 flat rate shipping. Your order size and location will determine if we ship your package via USPS or UPS Ground. All orders of $75 or more ship free!

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only ship to addresses located within the continental United States.

Do you ship to a PO or APO box?

No, we can only ship to a physical residential or commercial address.

May I have my order shipped to an address other than mine?

Yes, during checkout, you may enter a new shipping address.

How will I know my order has shipped?

At shipment, you will receive an email notification that contains your tracking number. You may also track your package(s) from your account.

I rec’d damaged or broken merchandise.

All products sold by Mosley Lane are shipped in “NEW” condition. Please inspect all packages (in the driver’s presence if possible) immediately upon receipt. Have the driver note any damages on the shipping documents before signing them. If undetected damage is discovered after the driver has gone you will need to notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company. You are required to save the box and packing material for seven days just in case the carrier wants to inspect the damage before paying the claim. If you do not save the packaging and it is required for shipping company to process our claim we will not be able to refund or replace the items damaged. We must be notified in three (3) business days from the date of receipt of any damages. A store credit or replacement product(s) will be issued for damaged merchandise.

Items are missing from my order.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. On occasion, your order will ship over a period of a few days; this will be noted on your packing slip. The text will read: This item will Ship Separately.

What types of payment do you accept?
  • We offer online secure cloud processing of Visa and MasterCard.
  • Amazon Payments – Purchase products by using payment methods in your Amazon.com account.
  • PayPal – Use your PayPal account or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit and checking accounts.
How do I use a coupon?

During checkout enter your discount code into the discount code box that is located at the top of the page. Click apply.

May I return an item?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply contact us to begin the process. A complete refund, not including shipping fees will be issued when the returned merchandise arrives at our facility.

REWARDS

Must I be a registered customer to be awarded reward points?

Yes, MosleyLane.com can only track, allocate, and apply points for users who are registered and logged in. You may register as a new customer from the My Account page or during your first order checkout process, you will be given the option to create a new account.

How are points awarded?

– Earn 2 points for every dollar spent.
– Earn 2 points for registering as a new shopper.
– Earn 5 points for submitting reviews on products that you’ve purchased.
– Earn 50 points for every referred family or friend who places and completes an order.
{Note: At checkout, your family or friend must enter your name as their referral into the comment box.}

How can I view my accumulated reward points?

To view your points, log into your “My Account” section.

How do I redeem my reward points?

During the checkout process, you’ll see an option to apply your points to your current order.
